About Me - Suzanne Reese

- I tell stories. Some are true. Some aren't. But I get to call the fake ones fiction instead of lies, which is cool. The true ones I put here, mostly with the purpose of embarrassing my children (just ask them). Right now my big story is cancer. I wish it wasn't, but the Big C didn't ask for permission to invade my body. It just showed up out of the blue. So now I'm fighting with all I've got. I have a bunch of kids (five) though two of them have left me, (the oldest has given me an adorable grandbaby, so she's forgiven for leaving) two are half-way out the door, and the last one is way more than I bargained for. I also have a pesky dog and an amazing husband. (I didn't mean to list him after the dog, don't read anything into that. And in case you're worried, the pesky dog is adorable and spoiled rotten.) I've recently published a book called 'Where Hearts Prosper'. It's inspirational fiction about a woman, her daughter, and a big huge flood. There are plenty of tears, drama, love, anguish. All the things that make a story good.

Thanks for dropping by my blog, Suzanne. Once I remembered who made that statement, I also remembered that I personally heard him say it when I was listening to him speak. So I don't know if it's written down anywhere. Sorry.
